Mgr. Denisa Mokřížová, attorney at law

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague (Mgr. 2019) with a master’s thesis with a grade of excellent. During my university studies, I completed a semester-long study abroad as part of the Erasmus+ project at the University of The Hague, where I deepened my knowledge of EU law and international law. I have been working in the legal profession since my studies and have gained experience in leading Czech and international law firms.

In addition to direct work for clients, since my student years I have been extensively involved in publishing professional legal texts on prestigious legal portals, which I try to write in a clear way so that they are also helpful to the lay public.

As a lawyer, I specialize mainly in dispute resolution, law enforcement and legal assistance in civil and commercial execution, including the protection of obligated persons and offences within administrative law. I also have extensive experience in the application of international and European law, where I apply the knowledge acquired during my studies abroad.

As a criminal defense attorney, I am listed in the list of ex offo defense attorneys at all Prague courts and within the framework of criminal defense, I also have experience with cross-border aspects, including European / international arrest warrants.
