I have extensive experience in resolving disputes where previous efforts at amicable resolution have failed. In courtrooms or in arbitration, I represent clients from among individuals and legal entities and, within the scope of the dispute agenda, I deal with all areas of civil and commercial law.

As part of the initial consultation with clients, I analyze the chance of success in the dispute, and if success does not seem realistic, I discourage the client from asserting his claim.

Since my studies, I have been dealing with the issue of unfair competition, which I also chose as the topic for my master’s thesis, and with the contribution “Permissible dissemination of harmful information about another competitor”, I participated in a visiting seminar organized by the Department of Commercial Law of the Faculty of Law of Charles University.

In the area of law enforcement, I offer legal assistance in the recovery of debts, whether you are in the position of a creditor or a debtor and are looking for ways to get out of execution.

I am very active in publishing on the topic of protecting debtors in execution, and in 2025 I gave an interview for the front page of the legal magazine Konkursní noviny.
