The remuneration for the provision of legal services is regulated by the Decree of the Ministry of Justice No. 177/1996 Coll., on attorneys’ fees and compensation for the provision of legal services (attorney’s tariff).

The attorney’s remuneration can be agreed as:

  • hourly remuneration, for the time effectively worked by the attorney
  • proportional remuneration, according to the outcome of the dispute
  • fee for the act, according to the number of legal service acts performed by the attorney
  • contractual remuneration
  • fixed remuneration for the settlement of the entire matter, regardless of the time required and complexity of the legal service provided
  • remuneration according to the value of the matter that is the subject of the legal service provided

The remuneration for the provided legal services is determined by mutual agreement between the attorney and the client, even before the start of the provision of legal services. We try to adapt the remuneration to the client’s capabilities, taking into account the complexity of the services provided and their volume.

We value long-term cooperation, which is why we prepare the most favorable pricing conditions for services for our long-term clients.
